A smile is a curve that sets everything straight. In my free time, I usually go to the gym, do yoga and self-development. Dedicating some time to meditation is a meaningful expression of caring for yourself that can help you move through the mire of feeling unworthy of recovery. As your mind grows quieter and more spacious, you can begin to see self-defeating thought patterns for what they are, and open up to other, more positive options. Also, when there is an opportunity, I read, meet friends, spa and of course travel, I am fond of discovering the history of ancient cities and places. My life plans are to have my own house, a happy family and children.
